NPC-QIC Insights Hub Reporting Site Now Available!

Our new NPC-QIC reporting site is now available! The Insights Hub provides a secure and dynamic platform for each care center to view their data, as well as the network's aggregate data.  

The Insights Hub is designed to be a key resource for our care center teams, enabling them to: 

  • Access and analyze center data with ease. 

  • Review aggregate data to identify trends and benchmarks. 

  • Collaborate and share insights to drive continuous improvement.

Access to the Insights Hub is available to care center team members using their REDCap or SharePoint login credentials.

If you would like to learn more about navigating the Insights Hub, you can watch this short demonstration from the NPC-QIC March Action Period Call that showcases the Hub's features. Additionally, we plan to share a User Instructions Manual in the coming weeks with further details.
